Sorry for the lapse again...
Wedding planning, and a move have taken precedence over brewing, as I didn't want to have anything carbonating/fermenting while I had to move it all, but now that I'm all settled in the new place, we can pick up where we left off.
Saturday will be the supply run to the homebrew store to gather ingredients for Sunday's brewing of apple-pie ale. Wish us luck.
